    At Spider’s Basket Co., your satisfaction is our priority.
    We want every shopping experience to be simple, enjoyable, and worry-free.
    If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


    🕸️ Returns

    We accept returns on most new, unopened, or unused items within 30 days of delivery.

    and include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

    Return Conditions

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    💡 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


    💎 Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
    If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at

    with your order details and photos of the issue.
    Our team will assist you with the replacement process.


    💰 Refunds

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received it and confirm the status of your refund.

    If your return is approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

    • Credit/debit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.

    • PayPal refunds usually appear within 2–5 business days.

    If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

    1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund officially posts.

    3. If you still haven’t received it, please reach out to us at spidersbasket@gmail.com and we’ll investigate immediately.


    🚫 Non-Returnable Items

    Certain products cannot be returned, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Clearance or “final sale” items

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

    • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

    We also do not accept returns for items purchased through unauthorized resellers.


    📦 Order Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
    After that period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
    If this happens, you can still return the product once it arrives for a full refund.


    🌍 Late or Missing Orders

    If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact our team.
    We will verify the tracking details and issue a full refund or replacement if your order is lost in transit.
